At the Bari Art Museum in Italy

The Bari Art Museum in Italy was quiet due to the low number of visitors, allowing me to enjoy Baroque-era paintings in a peaceful setting. Among the works displayed were pieces by Pieter Wouters from Antwerp, an anonymous artist from the Naples school depicting the angel announcing Jesus' birth to the shepherds, and Ottavio Vannini's portrayal of the biblical scene of Isaac being offered as a sacrifice. Personally, I was particularly impressed by Francesco De Rosa (Pacecco)'s painting of Jacob meeting Rachel. From the late Renaissance to the Baroque period and the 17th-century Naples school, it was a fascinating experience to connect the biblical stories with the diverse works of art within the museum.
