Prison Bridge

Spanish Pyrenees Hike ~ Navarra Connects the San Pedro de la Rúa neighborhood to the Old Town. The bridge you see today is a single-arch bridge that was built in the late 19th century. XIX, replaced the medieval old bridge of the 12th century, destroyed in 1873 during the Carlist Wars, and rebuilt on the previous model. It is also known as Picudo Bridge due to its appearance. After visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, this is the only way to enter the Jewish Quarter, where you can also enjoy the scenery surrounded by various houses on both sides of the Ega River. #AprilDestinations2025 #SpainTravel
