When in Enping, you must try the local specialty eel claypot rice of the Wuyi region. The finely chopped eel is particularly easy to eat, the rice is fragrant and glutinous, with a crispy crust that is unforgettable when paired with soy sauce and green onions. There's also the Enping specialty, coconut milk cake with lemongrass, which has a unique taste with a hint of lemongrass fragrance amidst the sweetness. If you're still not satisfied, you can go to the riverside barbecue at night for a meal full of the atmosphere of fireworks. Oysters, charcoal-grilled chicken wings, flavored grilled leeks, paired with a refreshing 🍺beer, listening to the pleasant songs of a live show, and spending a wonderful evening. It's worth mentioning that the Four Seasons Western Restaurant's breakfast buffet is very rich in the morning, mainly Chinese style, with a lot of Enping local specialties: Enping rice rolls, special powder rolls, Enping taro cakes, Enping mugwort cakes, Enping horn pastries, Enping baked buns, special pig offal wine, Enping nine-tailed pastries, allowing you to taste all of Enping's cuisine without leaving the hotel! After breakfast, you can go to the Scarecrow Theme Farm for a walk and check-in. Even in the cold winter, the flowers of Gesang and rapeseed bloom brilliantly; or enjoy the comfort of starry camping; or enjoy feeding little pigs and rabbits, and have a pleasant holiday with your baby. After visiting the farm, you can soak in the hot springs of Mountain Spring Bay. Guests who stay can soak in the hot springs multiple times. The water here is weakly saline bicarbonate spring, also known as 'beauty spring,' which is beneficial for the skin. The hot spring area has 55 special hot spring pools, as well as a hot spring water slide, children's pool, fish therapy pool, and a large swimming pool suitable for a family to play in the water together.
