US Hwy 50 thru Nevada | Loneliest Road in America

We entered Nevada from Utah - gas $4 + chips & a granola bar $8 - that's ok, it's mid-June and the scenery stunning with everything still green from late seasonal rains. US Route 50 is awesome - raw scenery...you can really imagine what pioneering was like. Camping at Ward Mountain Natl Forest near Ely is lots of fun & affordable too (some sites are first come first served). Next morning toast & coffee and westbound again to Fallon, Carson City & up to Incline Village on Lake Tahoe. On to Sacramento next week.
