If you love bold flavors and variety, this is your kind of meal. As soon as I sat down, the table filled with small plates—beef rendang, ayam pop, sambal balado, jackfruit curry, and more. Every dish had its own unique kick, especially the spicy sambal that leveled up everything it touched. The rendang was rich and tender, easily one of the best I’ve had. The vibe at Sederhana was casual but inviting, with friendly staff and a communal dining style that made the whole experience feel warm and genuine.
