I recommend several guesthouses near the station; they are affordable, the owners are very friendly, and they will tell you about many local restaurants. 🍜Food Must-Try Don’t miss the three treasures of Dunhuang: 1. Donkey Meat Yellow Noodles (available in many small shops downtown) 2. Northern Desert Lamb (so tender it will make you scream) 3.
