Dujiangyan - Zhong Duck (Intangible Cultural Heritage Cuisine)

This restaurant looks very upscale, with an exterior that resembles state banquet-level cuisine. The title of intangible cultural heritage cuisine initially made me hesitant. However, after looking at the menu, I found the prices to be very affordable. A large portion of duck is only 58 RMB, and other dishes are priced similarly to regular restaurants. So, there's no need to worry about high prices! The service is very attentive. As soon as you take a sip of tea, a waiter will come to refill it. Although there is no dedicated table-side service, the staff are very observant and can automatically detect when customers need a refill. You can choose from spicy, five-spice, or sweet skin duck. I highly recommend the sweet skin duck; the skin is crispy, and the meat is tender, making it irresistible. We also ordered a garlic-flavored fish, which was rich in flavor and melted in your mouth. The freshness of the ingredients was evident. This is a place where even locals frequently buy food to enhance their meals.
