My trip began with a flight from Singapore to Dubai International Airport, which cost me around $500. After arriving, I took a taxi to my hotel in Downtown Dubai, which cost around $20. My hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. For the next few days, I explored the city using the efficient metro system, which cost around $1 per ride. Here are some of the top places I visited: - Burj Khalifa: $30 entrance fee (I went to the observation deck on the 124th floor) - Dubai Mall: free entrance, but shopping and dining were a must-experience (I saw the Dubai Fountain Show) - Palm Jumeirah: free entrance, but monorail ride cost $10 (I saw the Atlantis Hotel) - Dubai Miracle Garden: $15 entrance fee (I saw the stunning floral arrangements) - Desert Safari: $80 (I went dune bashing, camel riding, and saw the sunset in the desert) - Dubai Museum: free entrance, but donations welcome (I learned about Dubai's history and culture) I also took a day trip to Abu Dhabi, which cost around $100 for a return bus ticket.
