King Naresuan the Great built the pagoda to celebrate his victory in the Yuthahatthi War against the Maha Uparaja of Burma. Later, the pagoda was renovated and built as a large round Sri Lankan pagoda, 66 meters high, 36 meters wide on each side, covering the original pagoda. Currently, there is an exhibition that is free to visit. Travel🚘: From Suphan Buri city, take the Bang Bua Thong-Suphan Buri parallel road to Don Chedi Subdistrict. Turn right onto Road 3038, turn right past the Don Chedi District Primary Education Office. Don Chedi Memorial is a roundabout, right in front. Go around the roundabout and park opposite the Don Chedi District Land Office.
