Daintree National Park

#australiatrip Been hearing about the Daintree for a lot of years and finally got up here. Scenery was amazing, the rainforest, the beaches beautiful. I did expect more wildlife though . Seen a couple of goannas and some beautiful birds but being spring I guess I expected more. The bitumen road has probably taken away some of the challenge of going through the Daintree although wet weather may change that. Enjoyed our time.
