This restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the Lotte Cinema Tower in Dangjin, which is the top floor of the building. If you make a reservation at sunset and ask for a window seat, you can enjoy dinner while watching the beautiful sunset. We also made a reservation by phone in advance and were able to secure a table by the window! The dishes at this restaurant are all handmade based on recipes from a luxury hotel. Each table has a tablet, so you can order whenever you want without having to call a waiter. First, start with "appetizer bread". Dip it in a small dish of olive oil and balsamic sauce. The bread is sprinkled with cheese, giving it a simple yet deep flavor. It goes great with wine. By the way, this restaurant also allows you to bring your own wine, which costs 10,000 won per bottle. We brought two bottles of wine and enjoyed them 🍷 Next was the "Fresh Ricotta Cheese & Jamon Salad." The fresh vegetables, homemade ricotta cheese, and prosciutto (jamon) were a perfect match, making for an appetizing dish. It was a great choice as an appetizer. And then there was the "In-Kitchen Lasagna." This lasagna was packed with the flavor of tomato sauce and beef simmered in ragu sauce, and although the portion was a little small, it was very satisfying. Next, I ordered the "Domestic Beef Fillet Steak (2-3 servings)." It was served with whole grain sauce, Maldon salt, and wasabi, and I especially liked the combination with wasabi. The combination of tender fillet and wine is the best. We also ordered "Aglio e olio (peperoncino)". To be honest, it was a little disappointing for us who lived in Italy, but the overall balance was not bad. The last dish was the long-awaited "Premium Lamb Chop Steak (2 servings)". It is made using baby French racks less than 6 months old from New Zealand, and is cooked in a time-consuming way by frying and then grilling, so it takes a while to be served. However, it was very tender and delicious, with no lamb odor at all. Highly recommended for lamb lovers!
