Babies, look at these hotels by Erhai Lake in Dali with great value for money. How about traveling together?

Every trip, spending time checking various accommodation guides takes the longest for me because staying comfortably is really important. 1. Bu Xia Shan · In Erhai (Shuanglang) This is the guesthouse I liked at first sight. I looked at many others later but ultimately chose Bu Xia Shan. It proved to be the right choice. Quiet and secluded, yet close to everywhere. Every detail in the decoration is thoughtful. My daughter said, "Let's decorate our home like this someday." The guesthouse's public area is right next to Erhai Lake. Every morning when you open the door, you can see the stunning scenery, which feels amazing! The butler service is very attentive, with parking and shuttle service. Guests can enjoy exquisite afternoon tea daily, goodnight sweet soup, and breakfast options of Western or Chinese style. My daughter really likes their breakfast rice noodles, saying they are the best among the three guesthouses. 2. Xingzhe Shangju (Xizhou) A guesthouse renovated from traditional Bai architecture, with very enthusiastic butlers. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in a room with a terrace, enjoying afternoon tea and watching the rain on the terrace, feeling relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast offers Chinese and Western options. The guesthouse is just 20 meters from the rice field scenic area and less than 50 meters from the ancient town. 3. Shanhai Yuexi Seaview Resort Guesthouse (Sansheng Island) A modern-style guesthouse with only 4 rooms, near Sansheng Island in Haixi, about 800 meters from the popular Xindi Coffee in Haixi. On the day we checked in, we were the only guests, which was really quiet. You can see the sunrise from the room (unfortunately, it was rainy and cloudy all week in Dali when we were there). The butler was very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. Breakfast offers Chinese and Western options, but compared to the first two, the breakfast and afternoon tea are less exquisite. However, taking a taxi here feels less convenient than the first two places. We stayed two nights but felt one night was enough; Caicun is relatively more convenient. Also, the room design has a flaw that seems unsuitable for family travel: the doors between the bathroom and toilet are fully transparent, and the entire washroom has no separate door, meaning showering and using the toilet are fully visible. This is quite awkward for family trips. ✏️Overall, I highly recommend all three. They all made me feel the care in their service during the trip. Bu Xia Shan and Xingzhe Shangju are definitely places I would return to. Let's plan a winter trip to see a different Dali.
