Dai Mountain, known as the 'Penglai of the Sea'

Dai Mountain was historically called the 'Penglai of the Sea', and during the Qin Dynasty, Xu Fu once led three thousand boys and girls to the island in search of an elixir of immortality for Emperor Qin Shi Huang. On December 29, 2021, the Zhoudai Bridge opened to traffic, ending the island's isolation from the mainland, and it has recently become a hot tourist spot! Taking advantage of the May Day holiday, I also drove to the island to join in the excitement! First of all, the 28-kilometer-long Zhoudai Sea-Crossing Bridge is indeed spectacular, and one cannot help but admire the divine power of our country's construction fanatics! Secondly, Dai Mountain's tourism resources are indeed abundant, with attractions like the Sea Cape Park, Moxin Mountain, and the blue and white town (Oriental Santorini) all having their own unique characteristics. The 'Lulan Qingsha' beach stretches for 3.6 kilometers and is known as the 'No.1 Beach in East China', which is breathtaking! Thirdly, the Dongsha ancient town is open for free during festivals, and they even specially invited a well-known band to hold a live concert, with an excellent level of performance and dedication, which was an unexpected surprise!
