Tangsu-yuk is a must-order dish at Dong Eun Sung

Dong Eun Sung in Daejeon On weekdays, they only operate in the evening, but on weekends, they are open both in the morning and afternoon. If you start waiting at 11 AM, you might only get to eat around 1:30 PM—it's truly a top-tier restaurant! The place is quite small, so not many people can enter at once. Despite this, locals, regulars, and tourists flock to the restaurant every time. We waited for 3 hours to try it, and the broth was incredibly refreshing, while the tangsu-yuk was so delicious that it’s a must-try combination! Even if you order a small portion of tangsu-yuk, the serving size is quite generous. Regulars often order the large portion and pack the leftovers to take home. The pot-style Jjamppong is loaded with various seafood, making it very enjoyable to eat. Adding extra noodles makes for a very filling meal, so I highly recommend it!
