Rating: 4 📍Daejeon Seongsimdang Main Branch I visited Daejeon for work and went to Seongsimdang Bakery, which is really famous in Daejeon. I have a friend who lives in Daejeon, so I've visited there many times, but this is my first time visiting Seongsimdang 🤭 ☑️Daejeon Seongsimdang Main Branch has a separate store that sells fried chicken, croquettes, etc. and a cake boutique store that sells cakes. ☑️I visited on a weekday morning, and the cake boutique store was relatively quiet, but the bread store was crowded, so I had to wait in line to choose. However, all the bread types were left. ☑️I bought vegetable croquettes and fried chicken by type, and they were both delicious. The outside of the chocolate fried chicken was really crispy and nice. ☑️I bought egg tarts, pure madeleines, and caramel milk pudding at the cake boutique, and they felt less sweet than other places. ☑️I didn't feel like the boutique was cheap, but the bread store was definitely cheap. A set of 6 fried tortillas costs 10,000 won, so it would be good as a gift.
