I suddenly want to eat ramen, so I didn't cook at Tai Po "Wa Ramen" tonight. Smooth pork bone broth ramen, the taste is light (can be thickened), the first two bites feel huh?! Why doesn't it seem to have any taste... However, the last two bites didn't feel stale and greasy, I felt a little lighter was actually acceptable (usually eating extra rich pork bone broth ramen, it's basically impossible to drink the soup at the end...) Do yourself can do support ~ and ramen! The bill for two people is $176, which is about the price of ramen (I added eggs and char siu).
