This contemporary fusion fine dining restaurant is housed in a heritage bungalow, the ambiance set the tone perfectly, cozy yet refined. Morel strikes that lovely balance between casual comfort and fine dining elegance. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel celebrated right from the start. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully presented and bursting with flavour. You could truly taste the quality of ingredients and the passion behind each creation. Whether it was the beautifully seared mains, delicate pastas, or indulgent desserts, each bite was a delight. I was particularly impressed by the Seafood Risotto, Iberico Spare Ribs, Wild Mushrooms Soup and Squid Ink Pasta, each dish was packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. A special mention goes to the surprise birthday dessert and their signature Tiramisu, elegantly plated, delicious, and served with the friendliest smiles. It added such a personal and heartwarming touch to the evening. ⭐ Rating: 5/5.
