Gangaramaya Temple

Wat Kongkaram, a very important Thai temple in Sri Lanka. It is a Thai temple in the Siamwong sect. and is the location of Sri Lanka's first Sunday Buddhist school Inside the temple is peaceful and full of valuable Buddhist art such as the yellow Buddha image in the subduing Mara posture. It is enshrined inside the Ubosot with a mural painting that looks very beautiful and magnificent. There is also a Sri Maha Bodhi tree that has brought seeds from the Sri Maha Bodhi tree in Bodhgaya, India. and a museum collecting old things, both sacred objects and appliances that the temple has collected for us have interesting walk to study the history #waiting for departure
