The wonderful Wave

After months if not years of attempts, we finally win the lottery to get the permits to The Wave. It is stated that only 48 people are allowed into the trail per day. The 6 mile hike was easy to moderate, and the beautiful view is well worth the long time waiting. We spent around 5 hours for the entire trip including 1-hour rest and photographing at the Wave area. We actually also went to the Second Wave, but it was not as good as the Wave. Due to the erosion, the Second Wave has been very flat and the curve of the rocks are no longer obvious. As a reminder, all lotteries are taken online now. Pla. ahead so that you could get a permit. #wave
