The biggest Christmas Tree in New Zealand!

Garden Place @ Hamilton When we visited a few days before Christmas, there was a huge, beautiful Christmas tree put up in the garden. This large open space in the middle of town, is Hamilton’s hub of the central business district and has free wifi hotspot. It is located just around the corner from the Garden Place Noodle Bar, and a few minutes walk from Victoria On the River. Look out for activities in the garden. We were lucky to visit when the Festive Fun activity was ongoing. There were Crafty Kids Station, kids face painting, photobooths and props as well as live music...and best of all, everything was free!!! There are a rotation of activities so be sure to look out for activities online to find the perfect activity for the whole family.
