Fregenae Beach is a long stretch of beach famous for summer touristic fun among the locals who live i. Rome and the surrounding areas in Central Italy. There’s plenty of activities and things to do here such as hang gliding, Dancing in the evenings, and more. Accommodations such as a bench and an umbrella in order to be more comfortable are not ao expensive. The parking is rather reasonable but in the summer it’s best to go a bit earlier in the day in order to beat others to limited spaces.
