On both sides of the canal, there were locals and tourists waiting to throw lotus flowers to worship Luang Pho To for good luck in life. 🎐 It is believed that if you pray for something and throw it into Luang Pho To's lap, What you pray for will be successful and your wishes will come true. This is the origin of the Lotus-throwing or Lotus-throwing festival, a Buddhist tradition that is the only one in the world.
