This is "Bessho Kotohira Shrine" in Chuo Ward, Kumamoto. I came across this shrine while walking along Kotohira Street, and the locals affectionately call it "Bessho Konpira-san". There is a parking lot along Kotohira Street, so it is easy to visit the shrine by car. Red and green Tengu masks were displayed in the precincts. There seems to be a rock garden in the back!
