Hike, Big Views, Zero Regrets

#summervacay Went hiking at Hwangaksan and it was honestly the perfect mix of peaceful and scenic. Not super touristy, which I loved, just good vibes, fresh air, and some solid nature time. The trail wasn’t too intense, more of a steady climb with a few steep bits here and there to keep things interesting. Definitely beginner-friendly, but you’ll still feel like you accomplished something by the end. The forest was super green and calming, and there were a bunch of spots along the way to just stop, breathe, and take in the view. At the top, the panorama is chef’s kiss, rolling hills, endless trees, and that sweet feeling of being above it all. There’s also this little pavilion where you can chill and snack before heading back down. If you’re looking for a low-key mountain adventure that doesn’t leave you totally wiped out but still makes you feel like you did something cool, Hwangaksan is the move.
