This trip to Chongqing, mainly want to feel the day and night style of this "mountain city" and river view night, parked at FunGee Joyful River View Hotel, really did not choose wrong! The biggest selling point of the hotel is the super beautiful night view of Jialing River, looking down from the room window, at night Hongya Cave lights flashing, river reflection, the atmosphere is heavy romantic, really suitable for photography, with friends or the other half to honeymoon slowly enjoy the holiday. The location of FunGee Hotel is really great, on the 21st floor of Building C, Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center, 113 Binjiang Road, downstairs is Hongya Cave, a few minutes walk to the Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street, very convenient to Chongqing's most popular attractions. The whole floor is well soundproofed, although some guests suggested further improvement, but I stayed quite comfortable, plus the room has an intelligent voice system, free drinks, popcorn, ice cream, good night porridge are complete, hotel service is very courteous, often have employees take the initiative to greet, quickly solve guest needs. Most notably the hygiene and breakfast: the rooms are very tidy and the hotel has free laundry and dryers, which is a great boon to long stay or backpackers. The breakfast is super sincere, the freshly cooked Chongqing noodles are excellent, and open until 1 pm, sleep until late is not afraid. It is especially convenient for travelers with families and children, or who want to live a comfortable and slow life. The surroundings of the hotel really do not have to worry, Kuixing Building 22nd floor directly, next to Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument is a must-visit photo spot in Chongqing, at night you can go to the riverside for a walk, feel the night view of Chongqing Mountain City; My own tips after staying: Sometimes at night the next room will be a little noise, can advance the front desk to ask the high floor away from the elevator room, so it will be quieter; When it comes to your Chongqing itinerary, you must visit Jinfo Mountain in Nanchuan, a true landscape of mountains and rivers, with an altitude of over 2,000 meters, strange rocks and rocks shrouded in clouds and mist, as well as cliff caves and vast alpine grasslands. It is recommended to leave in the morning, about a two-hour drive, and enjoy mountain climbing, hot springs and cloud viewing, and both outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers will love it. The color of the mountain is unpredictable under showers and clouds. It's beautiful to take pictures. Bring a light raincoat and hiking shoes to relax and have fun all day. #Chongqing hotel booking tips: Remember to book in advance during popular times (especially holidays and summer vacation), river view rooms are particularly popular; if you have a family or multiple people traveling, choose smart rooms or multi-bed rooms is more appropriate. Chongqing mountain city terrain is changeable, travel to pay attention to Google map is not necessarily the most accurate, you can use Baidu map to match; free travel can consider the subway plus walking route, near the city center area transportation is convenient; The mountain city is humid, some locations have a large temperature difference between morning and evening, remember to bring enough jacket, and the hotel's free washing machine is very suitable for travelers who often change clothes. It is recommended to visit Nanchuan Jinfo Mountain in spring and autumn for the best view. #Chongqing Riverview Hotel #Hongya Cave Photo #Mountain City Night View #Nanchuan Jinfo Mountain #Chongqing Travel Tips

The Jialing River in Chongqing is an unmissable photo spot in the city. The scenery along the coast blends Chongqing’s charming mountains and rivers with the bustling city atmosphere. It is especially suitable for strolling or taking a cruise to enjoy the neon and city views on the other side. There are also popular attractions Liberation Monument, Hongya Cave, and the second factory, a gathering place for hipsters, which connects an essential Chongqing photo-taking route. Recommended route gameplay: From the Jialing Riverside Road, take a slow walk along the riverside to overlook the river and the brilliant lights on both sides. It is recommended to arrive before evening and wait until nightfall when the lights of Hongya Cave are lit for the most shocking visual effect. Then walk to Liberation Monument to feel the commercial vitality of Chongqing. Finally, go to “Factory Two” to take trendy photos and enjoy a specialty cafe or small shop. Must-play items: 1. Photography on Jialing River Binjiang Road — Shooting river views and night scenes, especially the background of Hongya Cave at night. 2. Boat Night Cruise — You can opt for a Jialing River cruise to enjoy the city night and the unique mountain city skyline. 3. Second Factory Cultural and Creative Park—feel the cultural and artistic atmosphere of Chongqing, check-in fashionistas must-visit handicraft shop, life pavilion. 4. Liberation Monument — Iconic attraction, shopping district shopping and food exploration. 5. Hongya Cave — The rich Chongqing-style stilt building and night light show are definitely a must-see background in Chongqing. Check-in location recommendation: The section of Jialing Riverside Road near Hongyadong is the most popular photo spot, with river water, stilt buildings and city reflections in the background. The big screen in Liberation Monument Square is also the first choice for taking pictures at landmarks; the old factory buildings and graffiti walls in the park of the second factory are most suitable for taking hipster photos. Attraction Tips: 1. The Jialing River is open all day all year round, and it is recommended to visit at dusk or night for the most beautiful views. 2. Cruise boats are generally busier in the evenings and it is recommended to book seats in advance on trip.com. 3. Hong Cliff Cave and Liberation Monument are more crowded during the holidays and it is recommended to avoid peak hours. 4. The second factory building is more scattered, it is best to reserve time to slowly explore, stroll the characteristic small shops. 5. There are ramps along the river, free walking need to wear comfortable shoes, rainy days pay attention to non-slip. Notes: Some areas along the riverside and Hongya Cave are crowded at night. Pay attention to safety when taking pictures and don't get too close to the edge of the river bank. It is recommended to arrange your trip in advance during peak hours. The focus of this trip, of course, is to explore the mother city of Chongqing - the Yuzhong Peninsula. Many friends who come to Chongqing will definitely take pictures of Hongya Cave and Liberation Monument, but in fact, Yuzhong is one of the areas with the deepest historical and cultural heritage in Chongqing, and is also the most prosperous and classic landmark in the city. This time I chose to stay at FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Branch), the biggest reason is that its location is amazing, staying there can easily enjoy the city's most essential location and night view. The FunGee Joyful River View Hotel itself is next to Hongya Cave, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Liberation Monument. The hotel is located on the 21st floor of Building C of Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center (113 Binjiang Road). At night, you can see the night view of the Jialing River directly out of the window. More conveniently, the 22nd floor of the hotel can also directly reach the Kuixing Building, one of the important photo spots in Hongya Cave, do not have to go out and queue up the stairs, there are many fewer people to take pictures. Many people who come to Chongqing line up Hongya Cave with the nearby pedestrian street, one of the most classic celebrity spots on the Yuzhong Peninsula. Hongya Cave is built on a mountain. When lit up at night, it looks like the world in Hayao Miyazaki's animation. It is not only a photo spot, but also contains the beauty of Chongqing's old wharf culture and stilt buildings. The nearby Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street is one of the earliest modern business districts in Chongqing. Speaking of the hotel itself, guests like the smart and courteous room facilities. Intelligent voice control, free drinks, a small fridge are all fully stocked, as well as free popcorn, ice cream and good night porridge, and you will feel at home when you return to the hotel. The best part is the free laundry and drying service, which is great for long-distance travelers and can be used with peace of mind. The breakfast service is very attentive, and there are freshly cooked Chongqing noodles. In addition to eating a bowl of authentic flavor in the morning, breakfast is done until one o'clock in the afternoon. In terms of environment, the FunGee Joy Hotel focuses on quietness and comfort, without being too noisy. The view of the river outside the window is really great, perfect for family, couples, and honeymooners. If you have to talk about the disadvantages, some guests have reflected that the hotel room soundproofing may not be the best, sometimes between the floors some sounds will be heard, but the staff service attitude is really good, basically any demand is quickly handled. Cleanliness and hygiene were in place, overall peace of mind. Tips for traveling: Living near Hongya Cave, it is recommended to go out and walk along the river at dusk to enjoy the unique layering of the Yuzhong Peninsula from day to night. If you want to learn more about the culture of the area, you can visit the Three Gorges Museum and the People's Auditorium, which are historical places in the mother city of Chongqing. Then walk around Lai Fu Shi Plaza, where the all-glass flyover overlooks the night view of Chongqing, which is great for taking pictures. Remember to check the room type and window view when booking a hotel, the river view room feels particularly different. The Peninsula Hotel in Yuzhong is generally convenient, but it is more expensive during the peak season. It is recommended to book in advance. The climate in Chongqing has a large temperature difference. Be careful to bring a jacket. It is especially cool at night. If you have enough time, you can also arrange a night tour of the Jialing River or Yangtze River to experience the riverside style of the “mountain city”. #Chongqing Mother City #Yuzhong Peninsula Hotel #Hongya Cave Night View #Smart Accommodation #Chongqing Travel Guide

This trip to Chongqing was all about hunting for autumn colors in Banan, and finding a comfortable, value-for-money stay right next to the city's hotspots. If you love classic Chinese autumn vibes—the fiery red maple leaves against elegant traditional architecture, misty rain lingering on old stone paths—then Banan Red Leaf Scenic Area is an absolute must for your itinerary. The main attraction is the vibrant maple forest, especially enchanting in late October to November. Even on drizzly days, the moist air brings out the depth of color on the trees, the red leaves pop against the grey sky and old-style buildings. The best photo spots include close-ups of the leaves dripping with rain, panoramic views of the autumn woods, and mid-distance shots with temple rooftops peeking through branches. For those who like people in their frames, you’ll see plenty of locals and tourists winding through the lanes, umbrellas in hand, wrapped in scarves—very “Chinese autumn” atmosphere. Don’t forget to pack a raincoat or umbrella—the weather in Banan can shift quickly in fall, and the occasional shower only adds more beauty (and fewer crowds). Many paths around the red leaf scenic area are stone, so wear non-skid shoes. The area is quite large, and the best red leaves are usually found near historical temple complexes and along higher ridges, so expect to walk at least a couple of kilometers—budget about 2-3 hours. Note: some areas are closed off during heavy rain for safety, so check local news or hotel staff for advice. After a day soaking up nature, my stay at FunGee欢致江景酒店 (Hongya Cave Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Branch) gave me exactly the recharge I needed. The hotel is right beside Hongya Cave, on the 21st floor of Gaosheng Chuangfu Center, Binjiang Road 113, with sweeping views over Jialing River—especially gorgeous at night with all the city lights sparkling along the banks. Getting around is a breeze: Jiefangbei is just minutes away on foot, and you’re right next to the entrance to Kuixing Tower (魁星樓) too. For anyone chasing social-media-worthy spots, it’s hard to beat this location—you’ll see all the top “Chongqing as seen on Douyin” places just by walking out the door. The room is smartly equipped: voice-controlled features, complimentary drinks, mini-fridge, free laundry and dryer, and even late breakfast until 1pm (the freshly made Chongqing noodles are a highlight). I loved the little treats: popcorn, ice cream, and the “goodnight porridge” before bed. Hygiene was spotless, and service staff couldn’t be more helpful. A few guests mentioned some minor issues with sound insulation and room spec transparency, but overall, it was super quiet for me. If you’re traveling as a couple or with family, the atmosphere is just cozy enough, with the city outside but peace inside. Tips for booking: Reserve early if you want a river-view room, and double-check which side your window faces—the night scene is the real selling point! If you’re sensitive to no

When you think of Chongqing, what comes to mind first? Perhaps the sizzling Chongqing noodles or the dazzling Hongya Cave at night? This time, I'm focusing on the Jiefangbei area, staying at the FunGee Riverview Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street). Enjoy the river views, check out the popular night scenes, and discover the must-see spots for Jiefangbei night photography and food lovers. It's definitely the most relaxing way to spend the day in Chongqing! 🌃 🌟Trip Highlights FunGee Riverview Hotel is located on the banks of the Jialing River, within walking distance of Hongyadong and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The hotel windows offer a breathtaking view of the river at night, and the rooms are fully equipped with smart devices. Ice cream and night porridge are also provided free of charge! As a travel photographer and foodie, this is my dream hotel. Watch the sunset during the day, photograph the night view all night long, and then just a short walk away, try all the authentic Chongqing cuisine! 📷Night Photography Tips 1. Kuixing Tower on the 22nd floor of the hotel is the best vantage point for photographing Hongya Cave and the Jialing River. We recommend arriving around 6-7 PM during dusk, securing a good spot and waiting for the city to gradually light up. The nightscape is magical, with the city lights blending with the river's reflections, creating a cinematic experience no matter how you take your photos! 2. For photography, we recommend using a long-exposure lens and a wide-angle lens. Even a phone tripod can easily produce photos. Don't forget to clean your lens; you can use the cleaning tissues provided in your hotel room. 3. After photographing Hongyadong, walk toward the pedestrian street to capture the vibrant lights of Jiefangbei and the bustling city at night. When capturing the cultural atmosphere, consider taking advantage of the movement of passersby to imbue your photos with a sense of life. 🍲Foodie Tips Living near Jiefangbei is a true foodie paradise. The hotel already provides Chongqing noodles for breakfast (I highly recommend trying them; they're spicy, fragrant, and chewy), but there's much more nearby to try: - Hongyadong Snack Street: Enjoy authentic skewers, tofu pudding, and Chongqing hot and sour noodles, perfect for a satisfying evening. - Jiefangbei Food Street: Lao Ma Won Shou, Lard Rice, Hot and Sour Noodles, Chen Ma Hua (Fried Duck Neck)—all authentic street food! - Jiujie Duck Neck: Perfect for a late-night snack, right near the hotel, enjoy a leisurely meal and conversation. 🏨Must-See Hotel Experience FunGee Riverview Hotel (21st Floor, Building C, Goldman Sachs Chuangfu Center, 113 Binjiang Road) features smart amenities, voice-controlled lighting and air conditioning, and a complimentary mini-fridge. Rooms overlook the Jialing River and the city's vibrant neon lights, creating a truly atmospheric atmosphere. The complimentary nighttime porridge, popcorn, and ice cream are a nice touch, and you can enjoy free laundry and drying services during your stay, perfect for long-distance travelers. Breakfast is open until 1 PM, so you can sleep in without missing out on the noodles—a great option for late risers like me. Tip: If you're sensitive to soundproofing, request a quiet room on a higher floor at the front desk. Also, check the room specifications before check-in to avoid disappointment from the promotional photos. Getting There The hotel is located right on Binjiang Road, within walking distance of Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, and the subway station. A taxi from the airport takes about 40 minutes. Metro Lines 3 and 1 provide convenient access to most of the city's attractions, making it a great choice for independent travelers. Food Recommendations: Be sure to try the Chongqing noodles for breakfast; in the evening, enjoy a bowl of tofu pudding and chuanchuanxiang at Hongyadong Snack Street. For a late-night snack, don't miss Jiujie Duck Neck, a great value and local flavor. #JiefangbeiNightView #ChongqingFoodGuide #HongyadongCheck-In #RiverviewHotel #TravelPhotographyShare

For this trip to Chongqing, I specially chose FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Branch) as base camp because it really is an unbeatable location! The hotel is on the edge of the Jialing River, at night the window view out, the whole Chongqing most beautiful modern night view at a glance, plus downstairs is Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument, Kuixing Building, walk to weak legs can still go back to the hotel to chill for a while and go out to play! The CP value here is extremely high, perfect for those who like to take night scenes, walk along the river, and find authentic supper. The biggest selling point of the hotel must be its location! The address is 21st floor, Building C, Goldman Sachs Creative Wealth Center, 113 Binjiang Road. Walk two steps to Hongya Cave. There is also a subway nearby, so it is super convenient to go shopping and find delicious food at Liberation Monument. You don't have to travel long distances by car. As soon as you get off the building, you can immediately immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Chongqing day and night. In terms of rooms, the whole hotel takes the intelligent route, voice control to turn on and off the lights, air conditioning, curtains is not difficult. There are also free drinks and a small freezer, the most courteous is free popcorn, ice cream at night, and warm good night porridge before bed. Staying with travel companions or children is courteous enough, taking pictures and resting for a while without fear of getting hungry. In addition, the hotel has free laundry and drying service, morning breakfast is served until 1pm, sleep or come back at night to eat a bowl of Chongqing noodles super good. Although some travelers suggest that soundproofing and room cleaning should be strengthened, the overall hygiene and service standards are stable and responsive, truly making guests first. The best is the 21st and 22nd floors looking out is the Jialing River and Chongqing city line, the night lights waterfall feel very shocking, completely can go downstairs to play back up to hea back before going out, the rhythm of life chill and convenient. There are several photo spots nearby, such as the stilt building in Hongya Cave, the Liberation Monument Shopping Street, and the Chaotianmen Pier, which are the epitome of Chongqing's history and culture. Especially at night photography, both portraits and distant views are super feel. If you are interested in history, you might as well know more: Yuzhong District, as the most representative heart of Chongqing's old city, history can be traced back to the Warring States period, now integrated into the skyscraper cityscape and several rivers intersection photo points, future development potential and fashion taste, worthy of in-depth exploration. Tips: It is recommended to choose a high-rise river view room when booking a hotel. Remember to bring a jacket when you go out. The wind by the river is quite strong at night. Also, Chongqing traffic ups and downs, using the subway will be more convenient, but the nearby are full of popular spots, walking has covered 80% of the attractions. #Chongqing Hotel Recommendation #Hongya Cave Accommodation #Jialing River Night View #Yuzhong District Tourism #Smart Hotel Experience #Chongqing Photo Spot

This trip to Chongqing mainly revolves around Hongya Cave, Liberation Monument and along the river. At the same time, I hope that every night back to the hotel does not need to take a car, lying on the window sill to see the night view of Jialing River. FunGee Joyful River View Hotel is definitely one of the location control, photo control must choose, because it really goes out of the door to Hong Ya Cave, nearby dining and night views are very convenient, making the trip immediately become very chill. Locationally, FunGee Hotel is located on Binjiang Road, adjacent to Goldman Sachs Wealth Creation Center, and only a few minutes walk to Hongya Cave and Liberation Monument. The hotel floor is high enough to have a panoramic view of the Jialing River outside the window. At night, the lights are on, the river and the city are in harmony, and you really don't want to leave at first sight. In terms of transportation, there is a taxi and a subway station right outside the hotel. There are also many literary and artistic coffee shops and old hotpot shops in the surrounding area. If you want to learn more about Chongqing culture, you can find many historical elements of the old city if you walk around. In terms of rooms, the most commendable thing is that it uses intelligent voice control, turning on and off the lights and curtains without having to manually, as well as free drinks and a small refrigerator, which is very courteous. The hotel features popcorn and ice cream. It's fun to have a good meal when you return. Laundry and drying services are free, which is super convenient for long trips or family guests. Breakfast can be done in a lazy bed until one in the afternoon no problem, every day freshly cooked Chongqing small noodles must try, the taste is authentic and surprising. In terms of service, the staff takes hygiene care very seriously and will greet them warmly at any time. If there is a problem, it basically helps you right away. If you are particularly focused on soundproofing, you can ask the front desk ahead of time, and the hotel also has options for enhanced soundproofing. In terms of room specifications, when choosing a room, pay attention to the consistency of the physical and promotional listed facilities to avoid misunderstandings. Hotels will be more crowded on weekends or holidays, so early booking is recommended. Usually stay in peak season, to budget a little more expensive than the city center hotel, but the advantage is the environment is excellent, the foothold is more beautiful scenery, the whole experience is the safest choice for Chongqing to take pictures. Travel tips: Hike Hongya Cave to choose the evening time, river view with night lights is great for taking pictures; there are many delicacies around the Liberation Monument, you can reserve a hot pot meal. The subway is the most convenient for transportation in the city. You can have it right outside the hotel. Basically, you don't have to bother wherever you want to go. Perfect for families, couples, and friends who want to immerse themselves in the charm of Chongqing, you will not be disappointed when you stay at the FunGee Hotel. This trip chose FunGee Joyful River View Hotel (Chongqing Hongyadong Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street Store) as a stop, the most attractive reason is its super convenient location: the hotel is right next to Hongya Cave, walk over to Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street only a few minutes. If you are coming to Chongqing for the first time and want to play all the popular celebrity photo spots, this hotel is really the first choice. The hotel environment was very comfortable and quiet, and although some guests mentioned that the sound insulation could be improved, the room type I stayed in this time was not disturbed too much. I found the hygiene and management good, the staff were really polite and helped you quickly with anything you asked. There is no need to rush downstairs to buy breakfast so early in the morning, because the hotel breakfast provides until 1 pm, and freshly cooked Chongqing noodles, authentic and delicious, laundry and drying are free, for the multi-day trip especially courteous. The room facilities are all intelligent, with voice-controlled lighting, air conditioning, curtains at the bedside, and free drinks, a small freezer, daily popcorn, ice cream good night porridge, even the children will be happy. This trip covers the vibrant metropolis of Chongqing and a breathtaking route all the way to the golden sunrises over Sichuan’s majestic mountains. If you want a journey that combines the energy of city life with the spiritual tranquility of highland landscapes, pick a hotel with unbeatable location and comfort to kick off your adventure. Located right by Chongqing’s iconic Hongya Cave and the Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street, FunGee欢致江景酒店 is a game-changer for city explorers. The address is滨江路113號高盛創富中心c棟21樓, perched high so you can enjoy sweeping views of Jialing River. What really stands out is its “home away from home” experience—smart rooms let you control everything hands-free (lighting, air con, even entertainment via voice). Each evening you’re treated to complimentary snacks: popcorn, ice cream, and a cozy late-night bowl of congee. Breakfast is a highlight—served till 1pm, and Chongqing noodles are a must-try. It’s perfect for family trips, couples, and solo travelers. The environment is quiet and clean, and the view at night is spectacular with the city lights sparkling across the river. Walk out the door and you’re seconds from major spots—22nd floor connects directly to the famous Kuixing Tower, while bustling Jiefangbei is just a 5-minute walk. Even if you plan to venture farther, airport transfers and direct transport to railway stations make logistics simple. A few real travel tips: The walls can be a bit thin, so bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Double-check your room type and specifications at check-in to avoid confusion. The laundry service is free (great for long journeys), and staff are always happy to help or offer travel advice. Once you’ve savored Chongqing’s flavors (don’t miss the fiery hot pot!), head onward to Sichuan’s highlands. From here, you can take a high-speed rail or join a self-drive/adventure tour towards Western Sichuan. Top stops include Tagong Grassland, Danba Tibetan villages, and of course, sunrise at Mount Siguniang, where the peaks glow gold in the morning. Along the way, pack layers—the mountain climate can shift suddenly, and local snacks like yak butter tea are both hearty and unique. For booking, be sure to use platforms that guarantee room specifications and user reviews—this hotel’s popularity means rooms sell out early, so reserve at least a month before, especially near holidays. Chongqing’s city center is busy: keep an eye on your belongings in crowded areas, and always check transportation schedules ahead of time. For Sichuan, prep essentials: sunscreen, rain gear, altitude meds if needed—and definitely a good camera for golden mountain photos. #Chongqing #CityViewHotel #SichuanHighland #TravelTips #GoldenMountain #SmartStay

If you’re planning a trip that links the vibrant metropolis of Chongqing, the cultural heart of Chengdu, and the stunning views of Siguniang Mountain, here’s an itinerary I recently tried that’s perfect for city explorers and nature lovers alike. Plus, I really have to recommend my stay at FunGee Hotel Chongqing (洪崖洞解放碑步行街店) for anyone starting their journey in this unique Chinese city — especially if you want excellent service, a prime location, and a slice of local atmosphere. FunGee Hotel sits on the 21st floor of Gaosheng Chuangfu Center (Bingjiang Rd 113, C Block), right beside the famous Hongya Cave and a few minutes’ walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It’s honestly a dream spot for exploring Chongqing’s top sights! You just walk out and you’re surrounded by city lights, river views, and all sorts of buzzing local life. The 22nd floor even connects directly to Kuaixing Tower, one of those must-see city scenes. Forget taxis — you can walk to most places, and there’s easy access to metros and buses, making it super simple to get around. The room was impressively smart tech — voice-controlled lights and amenities, plus complimentary drinks, popcorn, and ice cream… even a little free midnight porridge, which hit the spot after a long day out. If you’re worried about running out of clean clothes, no stress: there’s free laundry and drying service. Breakfast is surprisingly good too, with lots of choices, and local specialties like fresh-cooked Chongqing noodles available til 1pm — perfect for jet lag or late risers. Insider tip: Book a room facing the Jialing River. The night view is absolutely stunning and gives you a peaceful escape from the busy city. The staff were always ready to help, genuinely warm and quick to respond. Hygiene was solid throughout, though I’d recommend checking room specs when you book — some guests said there were small gaps between the advertised and actual room layouts, and the soundproofing could be improved, but I personally wasn’t disturbed. For families or couples, the environment is cozy, safe, and the location can’t be beaten for sightseeing or nightlife. Once you’ve soaked up enough of Chongqing, it’s super easy to move on to Chengdu — you can take a fast train in around 2 hours, tickets available online or at the station. Chengdu is more relaxed, with iconic attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and the adorable panda research base. From there, Siguniang Mountain is a few hours by car or coach, offering breathtaking alpine views and a chance to stretch your legs after all the city action. If you’re booking hotels in Chongqing, I recommend looking for ones with easy metro/bus access, river scenery, and smart amenities (especially free snacks and laundry, which help on multi-city trips). If you travel in peak season, it’s best to reserve a room early at popular spots near Hongya Cave or Jiefangbei so you don’t miss out. Travel light — mountain destinations like Siguniang can be cold, and packing layers will he
