In the 25th year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty, Tian Shaoqing, the envoy of Sinan, donated money to expand the temple, "building more than 100 halls, corridors, and porches," making it a grand temple and a famous "Stone Buddha Dojo" in Bashu at that time. Multiple destructions and reconstructions: It was destroyed by fire in the second year of the Yuan Dynasty. In the seventh year of the Hongzhi period of the Ming Dynasty, Jin Qi, the governor of Hezhou, rebuilt it on the original site. It was destroyed again in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the fifth year of the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, the gentry of Hezhou donated money to rebuild it again, and it was repaired and expanded many times later.
