#outdooractivities Exploring the MV Demetrios II shipwreck was a unique adventure during my summer vacation! 🚢 Located near the coast of Larnaca, Cyprus, this sunken cargo ship offers a fascinating glimpse into maritime history. The wreck, which sank in 1998, is visible from the shore, making it easily accessible with no entrance fee. The sight of the rusting vessel partially submerged in the clear waters is quite dramatic and makes for some excellent photos. The area around the wreck is also great for snorkeling, where you can see fish and marine life around the ship. 🐠🌊 Nearby, we visited Larnaca’s charming promenade and enjoyed the local cafes and shops.
