🍚🍳American fried rice that has been fused again. So delicious!

#Recommended delicious restaurant “Lao Song Heng” is probably another old and original restaurant in Yaowarat. Before this, I have to admit that I didn’t know it before, even though I often walk past this alley when I go to Yaowarat. The shop itself isn’t particularly noticeable. It’s probably an old shophouse that has been preserved for many generations. In front, there’s a glass cabinet selling chicken rice. On the other side is a small stove for cooking to order. Inside, there are about 4-5 tables, which can accommodate not many people, especially during this time when there are a lot of people coming and going continuously. We chose to eat at the shop. There were no queue cards or names written down. We just remembered who came first and who came last. We signaled to the assistant about the number of people. We waited for about 10 minutes and then got a seat. The tables and chairs were a bit cramped. After we reserved our seats, we ordered our food. My favorite menu item would probably be the American fried rice. It might not be the style that people make all over Thailand, like adding ketchup to stir-fry with rice. But the old lady stir-fried it like normal fried rice. But the taste was very good. It was very well-rounded and had a fragrant aroma from the wok. Topped with ham, fried egg, sausage and juicy garlic pork. So good!!! If I remember correctly, it was around 60-70 baht. Another menu is also top-notch: pork sukiyaki soup. It looks very ordinary, but the sukiyaki soup is so delicious. It's like a light gravy sauce. I can't describe it. If you want to eat it, go early in the morning.
