Miharashi no Oka 41-1 Kumaki-cho, Chichibu-shi, Saitama Prefecture. Located in Hitsujiyama Park, this hill offers a panoramic view of downtown Chichibu. There is a parking lot, a restroom gazebo, stone statues, and benches. The cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring, and the night view is also beautiful. I went there on a clear day, and the location with a panoramic view was great.
