Ocean themed hotel in Taiwan

#hotelreview Budai Ocean Hotel is in Budai, Chiayi opposite the pier harbour. As Budai is known for their fresh seafood due to its proximity to the sea, the theme of the hotel is the ocean with its blue exterior and the designs in some parts of the hotel are created after sea creatures; from the room number printed on a blue fish shaped acrylic, to even the sheltered waiting area at the carpark in the form of a giant crab. While our room was not facing the harbour, the room itself was spacious and clean, and basic amenities are also provided. There is also a visitor centre and a gift shop if you need some help getting around the area, or to grab a souvenir or snack.
