Canyon de Sumidero: one of the most scenic boat rides

A boat tour at Sumidero Canyon in Chipas is absolutely a must, and it was amazing! The canyon walls are HUGE, and we got so close to them on the boat. There are waterfalls and we even saw crocodile and lots of birds. The guide told us a lot of interesting stuff about the place, which made it even better. A couple of things to keep in mind: bring sunscreen, a hat, and something to protect your phone or camera because it’s easy to get splashed. It’s also better to go early before it gets too hot or crowded. The ride can be a little bumpy, but it’s totally worth it. #nationalparks #mexico #chiapas
