It is located in Chiang Rai city, but the stewed cartilage and spare ribs are very delicious. There are many cool drinks to choose from that are popular among teenagers, but there are also herbal drinks available for uncles and aunties like us. The most favorite menu is probably the shop's signature menu. "Cartilage Tom Yum Noodles" The cartilage is stewed until it is soft but not mushy. When you bite into it, the meat is soft and juicy, melting. The cartilage can be chewed like gelatin, not exaggerating.
