CRISP Cafe’

Ploy Chidjun's lovely cafe is located near Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Chang Phueak area, on Sirindhorn Road. Turn into the alley not far away. It's called Crisp Cafe. It's a large 2-storey house (there's a basement, which is an art gallery). The brown tone has a warm atmosphere. When you walk in, you'll see clear glass revealing the kitchen inside. The chefs are busy baking pastries. Push the door open and you'll see the stairs. The counter bar is on the left. There's a glass cabinet with delicious pastries, such as croissants, caneles, madeleines, and financiers. But the croissants are the star menu here. There are many flavors to choose from. They're buttery and delicious. As for drinks, they have coffee, tea, milk, soda, and fruit juices. The shop's two signature menus are Ferero and Black Japanese Peach. There are a lot of zones to choose from, both indoor and outdoor. Each room is decorated differently. As for the photo spots, you can take photos throughout the shop. No matter which angle, it's all good. The hottest spot is the swimming pool behind the house. It's so cool to take photos.
