The Three Kings Monument is located in the middle of Chiang Mai, in front of the Chiang Mai City Arts and Culture Hall (former Payap Provincial Government Hall). The front is adjacent to Phra Pok Klao Road, which is considered the center of Chiang Mai. In front of the monument is a large open space called Khuang Sam Kasat or Khuang Anusawari Sam Kasat.
