White tickets are distributed in the morning at 9:30 AM, and red tickets are distributed in the afternoon at 12:30 PM. We arrived around 2:30 PM and were number 40 in line. - Once you get your ticket, go inside the shop and browse through the pastries to see what you'd like to buy.
