Thapae Gate, Chiang Mai

Tha Phae Gate, formerly known as Chiang Rueak Gate, is the eastern gate and one of the five inner city gates of Wiang Chiang Mai. It is currently the only city gate with a door panel. Tha Phae Gate is one of the important landmarks of Chiang Mai, and it is believed that both Thai and foreign tourists will come to check in here.
