From Clueless to Curry Master, Zabb E Lee’s Got You

#summervacay Tried out Zabb E Lee Thai Cooking School in Chiang Mai and wow, what a tasty adventure. First off, the vibe is super chill and fun. The instructors are so friendly and actually hilarious, but also know their stuff. You don’t need to know anything about cooking, just show up hungry and ready to chop. It kicks off with a quick trip to the local market, which was surprisingly cool. You learn what Thai basil is vs holy basil (there’s a difference, who knew?) and get to sniff all the funky spices. Then it’s back to the kitchen to whip up your own feast. We made curry from scratch, pad thai, spring rolls, soup, and dessert, like, a full-on meal. And somehow, everything turned out delicious?! Felt like a pro by the end. Also, they give you a cute recipe book to take home, which is awesome if you wanna flex your Thai cooking skills later. Highly recommend, it’s fun, filling, and flavorful AF.
