A temple where there are many garlands for worship

I often come to Chiang Mai but I have missed this temple. This is my first time here and I have seen that it is over 1,300 years old. It is located in Doi Kham, behind Royal Park Rajapruek. On top of the temple, there is a viewing platform where you can see the view of the city of Chiang Mai.
