Wat Phra Singh is a first-class royal temple, Woramahawihan type, located in Phra Singh Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District. It is an important temple, enshrining Phra Phuttha Sihing, a sacred Buddha image of Chiang Mai and the Lanna Kingdom. The art within the temple is very beautiful. For example, the Royal Vihara is a combination of Lanna and Rattanakosin styles. Inside, there is Phra Si Sanphet (Luang Pho To), a large Buddha image.
