Doi Inthanon is the highest peak in Thailand, located in Chom Thong District, Chiang Mai Province. It was originally called "Doi Luang" or "Doi Luang Ang Ka". This is the easiest peak in Thailand to climb, because you can drive up to the top of the mountain. There are many places to visit along Route 1009. What you shouldn't miss is going up to greet the sun in the morning. Wait for the first light at one of the most beautiful sunrise spots, which is the parking lot on the way up to Kiew Mae Pan. Or go up to take a picture with the highest sign in Siam on the top of Doi Inthanon, which is awesome. #Songkran attractions #Songkran attractions
