Price - 1,000-2,000 baht per room per night (depends on room type and travel season) Rating - 4.5/5 Tao Kae Lao is a lovely cozy guesthouse with only 3 rooms: downstairs river view, upstairs river view and upstairs duplex (the one in my photos). The owner is very friendly and advisory. You will enjoy walking or riding by the Mekong River and having some Thai local street food at Chiang Khan walking street in the evening. There is also a morning activity, the tradition of almsgiving with sticky rice which you can experience right in front of the guesthouse. #guesthouse #chiangkhan #loei
