San Pa Kia, Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai Province It was a brutal, exciting, and hilarious trip. The joy of traveling is not the destination, but what we encountered along the way. We drove from Nan to Chiang Mai, about 350 km. We arrived at San Pa Kia at 5 pm. It was raining and the road was slippery. Our car was a 2WD and couldn't drive up, so we let the villagers drive instead. We switched to a 4WD and arrived at our destination. It was raining heavily. Other tents invited us to have dinner. After the party, we went to sleep. While we were sleeping, it was raining heavily and the wind was very strong. My boyfriend went out to look at the tents the whole time. In the morning, my boyfriend woke up to make breakfast. Other tents also made breakfast for us. The tent next to us talked to us. The people of Chiang Mai are very kind. While we were going down, we helped people riding motorcycles. Then we got some kind people to help us down. They helped our motorcycle that fell into the mud until we were able to get down. It was a very memorable trip. I want to go again. It was so much fun. I love camping so much. #San Pa Kia
