Cheorwon Restaurant Solhyanggi

'Solhyanggi' located in Geumhak-ro (Ipyeong-ri), Dongsong-eup, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do is said to be already famous for its 'hand-made dumpling stew'. The dumpling skin is made with corn starch for added chewiness, and the special dumpling filling is made with 1-year-old kimchi and daily pickled vegetables in a 6:4 ratio. The dumplings are made by hand and boiled with plenty of beef bone broth, mushrooms, vegetables, and even boiled pork.
