A true bestie cares about your health❤ I haven't been feeling well lately with the changing seasons. I get tired easily and my sleep quality isn't great. After hearing this, my bestie suggested I do yoga. She brought me to this studio because she had a great experience here herself and wanted me to experience it too. Honestly, it deserves to be called the best yoga studio in Chengdu 👍. There's a reason why it's been around for ten years. From the classrooms to the bathrooms, everything is very clean. The floors are so clean they shine. You don't get the feeling that it's an old studio that's falling apart. Instead, it feels like it has a sense of history and growth. The solid wood design with large floor-to-ceiling windows gives people a simple, bright, and warm feeling. The environment is very comfortable, with different functional areas, large classrooms for group classes, small private classrooms with different functional designs depending on the course, and two lounge areas where you can bring your work or take a nap. The extra-large tables are great for spreading out and working. The studio provides clean towels every day. After your workout, you can take a shower and have a simple meal here. The food and drinks are all healthy and reasonably priced. My bestie says it's also very comfortable to practice here in the winter because the entire studio has floor heating. Each yoga instructor has a different style and expertise, so you'll still feel like you're learning something new even if you take classes for a month. It's rare for so many yoga instructors in one studio to maintain such a high level of teaching. The classroom atmosphere is also very good. After the workout, you feel relaxed both physically and mentally. After taking a few classes, my overall condition has really improved! I'm grateful to my bestie for bringing me here. Now, instead of going shopping together, we do yoga together. After the workout, we eat some healthy food and then go home. It's so comfortable!
