A Weekend Staycation | My First Experience at the Chengdu Tianxin CBD Atour S Hotel This was my first time trying an Atour hotel, and I chose the Tianfu New Area CBD Atour S Hotel. The "S" stands for "Special," indicating a higher tier than regular Atour hotels, with fewer locations primarily in first- and second-tier cities. I chose this hotel mainly for its high-floor rooms on levels 28-31, perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the city view. Check-in experience: Room Type: Gimoo Scenic King Room This corner room features floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, providing ample natural light. The room is a spacious 45 square meters! The TV is huge and supports screencasting. The disinfected and packaged bathrobes are incredibly soft and comfortable. Drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The room also includes a Xiaodu smart voice control system, wireless charging, disinfectant wipes on the toilet, and Atour's signature pillows, which are very comfortable!
