Chengdu! A budget hotel worth a second visit! So comfortable!

The first floor is the reception area, and the second floor is the meeting and banquet hall. The fitness and spa are on the 23rd floor, the gym is brand new, the pool is spacious, and the spa area is well-equipped. The 25th floor is the hotel lobby, lobby bar, and buffet restaurant. The lobby bar is elegantly decorated, and the buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes. The independent elevator to the 26th floor is the Chinese restaurant, and the private rooms are simply and elegantly decorated. The 27th floor is the Western restaurant and terrace bar (Flair), with luxurious decor. The 28th to 41st floors are guest rooms, and the 38th floor is the executive lounge, which is small but cozy. The 41st floor is the presidential suite, which is very luxurious. I stayed in an executive 1-bedroom suite with a king bed and two bathrooms, a reasonable layout, and spacious. The room was renovated in 2017 and is well-maintained, with little wear and tear, and the decor is my favorite. The TV next to the bathtub works fine, the bedroom is equipped with a ToTo electric toilet, and the toiletries are Diptyque fig series, which are of high quality. The glass on the desk is uniquely arranged, giving a different feeling. The two-bathroom design also greatly improves convenience. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness When I was dining in the executive lounge, I saw the manager checking the table for dust with a flashlight, and the staff would wipe the decorations in their spare time, which shows the hotel's attention to hygiene, and the hygiene is excellent. The room is also well soundproofed, allowing for a quiet rest. 💗Other Tips 1. Service experience: From check-in to check-out, most of the services were in place, and the staff was always on call. However, when I checked out, because there were many people on Valentine's Day, I repeatedly told the front desk to put my luggage downstairs, but they forgot, and I almost missed my high-speed train. I hope the hotel can improve on this. 2. Dining experience: The executive lounge experience is unbeatable, with affordable prices, a wide variety, and attentive service. Hotel features: The hotel is in a great location, although there is no particularly stunning view from the public area, you can't see People's Square, and it's a bit far from the bustling areas like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and you can see old buildings below, but it's in a central area, so it's convenient to get around. Executive rooms also enjoy free ironing of two pieces of clothing and free car service within the first ring. 4. Check-in suggestions: I recommend going on a weekday when there are fewer people, and you can enjoy better service and facilities. If you plan to visit Jiuzhaigou and stay in Chengdu for a day, this hotel is a good choice. The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, although the online reviews are mixed, after experiencing it in person, you will find that it has excellent facilities, dining, and service, and is worth a try.
