Temple in the Clouds: Jinchuan Guanyin Temple, Sichuan Province Jinchuan Guanyin Temple is located in Guanyinqiao Town, Jinchuan County, Sichuan Province. It is located on Nale Mountain at an altitude of 3,685 meters. It is known as the "Temple in the Clouds" and is one of the most famous Tibetan Buddhist holy sites. It has a history of more than 1,200 years. Guanyin Temple is famous for enshrining the world's only natural four-armed Guanyin statue. The Guanyin Bodhisattva in the temple is one of the three sisters of the same origin as the Guanyin Bodhisattva in the Potala Palace in Tibet and Mount Putuo. Therefore, it is known as the "Second Lhasa" and "Second Putuo Holy Land" in the Tibetan area. Guanyin Temple belongs to the Nyingma (Red) sect of Tibetan Buddhism and is directly under the jurisdiction of the White Jade Branch Dharma King Gawang Nima Rinpoche. It is the largest Guanyin Temple in the Tibetan area. The architectural style of the temple is unique, integrating the architectural features of Tibet, Tang, Nepal, and India, showing the unique charm of Tibetan religious architecture. The most eye-catching is the main Buddha statue, the four-armed Guanyin Bodhisattva. This Buddha statue is made of gold, silver, coral, jade, and other jewels, dazzling and showing its high artistic value and religious significance. Guanyin Temple is built on the mountain and is magnificent. The prayer wheel in the temple is said to be the largest prayer wheel in the world, and its majestic figure can be seen from the foot of the mountain.
