Chengdu

In the Sichuan capital of Chengdu, there is an endless list of things to do, see, eat/drink. I visited the Jinsha site museum, which is an archaeological site housing many ancient relics from the Shu kingdom from about 3,000 years ago. We also strolled Kuanzhai Alley, which contains many shops and food stalls amongst old-style houses and streets from the Qing dynasty. Outside the city, there are also famous historic areas like Dujiangyan, an ancient irrigation system. I ran out of time to do a panda tour or explore the famous tea houses, so make sure to schedule enough days to see all that Chengdu has to offer. #chinatravel #chengdutravel #jinsha #kuanzhaialley
