Chengde Puning Temple

Puning Temple, located northeast of the Chengde Summer Palace, was built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong to commemorate the pacification of the Dzungar Khanate. Renowned for its harmonious blend of Han and Tibetan architectural styles, the temple features a Han-style structure in the front and a Tibetan-style Buddhist hall in the rear, creating a majestic and grand atmosphere.
