Wat Pak Nam Khem Nu (Blue Church)💙

Wat Pak Nam Khem Nu is located in Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province. The beauty of this place is this beautiful blue ceramic church! The origin of this beautiful church is when the old church that was built in 1946 began to deteriorate more and more because the temple is located next to the sea, so it is very eroded. The temple and the villagers therefore agreed to demolish the old church and build a new church in 1991. In order to ensure the stability of the church near the sea that will be constantly corroded by saltwater, they used shiny, durable ceramics to coat a layer of cement for protection, making the church classic and beautiful and unique. It is an ancient ceramic work that uses only two base colors: blue and white, making this church uniquely beautiful and unlike any other. The highlight corner is the corner in front of the church with the five-headed Naga stairs, with the body extending all the way to the end of the stairs. I must say that this is a very beautiful place to take pictures. In addition, inside the church is a replica of Phra Buddha Chinnarat, which is a place of worship for the villagers and tourists.
